22+ years of experience in the Civil Construction Industry (India and Singapore). I have hands-on experience in executing multi-story residential buildings, condominiums, hospitals, villas, an international standard-sized sports complex, Infrastructure, and Underground service installations.
Currently, I am associated with Penta Props, Chennai, India, as a Head. I have extensive experience in performing evaluation analyzing project estimates & budgets, performing inspection of present structures, developing designs, land surveys and conducting root cause analysis. I am also competent in strategic planning, weekly progress sessions, and track project progressive analysis complying codes/regulations compliance.
