I've had 3 years of experience in the customer service field. I offered service vía phone and chat in English and Spanish. I did sales and Data entry as well. I also worked 1 year in quality assurance, listening to phone calls and making sure the procederes were followed correctly. I also have experience as a translator and live interpreter

I studied 2 years of Architecture as well as 1 year for Touristic Business Administration at the Unicersidad Interamericana de Panama
