Since obtaining my personal training qualification in 2019 I have worked at a variety of boutique fitness gyms in London, training 20+ clients part-time while completing my university studies in sport and exercise medicine. Since graduating earlier this year I have been working as a Personal Trainer and dynamic reformer Pilates instructor at Ten Health and Fitness, one of the most prestigious gyms and physiotherapy clinics in London. I am really enjoying my role there but due to personal/family reasons I am looking to relocate to Kuwait. I am a friendly, adaptable and hard working young person with an eagerness to improve and further my skills within the health and fitness industry.
