• Preparing of Food and Beverage, Liquor invoice. • Settling the invoice in Cash, Credit Cards or Rooms etc. respectively. • Posting the invoice in the respective heads. • To do the shift end of respective outlet and to make the necessary report. • Coordinating with Accounts Department as and when, some unusual matters are to be reported to them. • Assisting the F & B Controller in case of any queries. • Other duties as directed by Chief Accountant. • To remove the Audit reports of F & B Cashiers and Front Office Cashier. • Receiving Cash Invoice, Room Invoice and Credit Card Invoice etc. from the F & B Cashiers and Front Office Cashiers. • Checking the bills with the reports whether it is posted properly. • Accounting of Food, Beverage, Liquor and Tobacco separately for all restaurant and bar outlet. • Checking the Bills to Companies (Correspondence & other necessary supporting). • Accounting of Conference charges and scrutinizing the same. • Accounting all the Revenue Departments in the Sales register. • Preparing Daily Revenue Report. • Preparing Management Reports for Directors and General Manager. • Also involved in Front Office part of Accounting, Viz, Bills checking, Settlement of Bills, Guest Ledger Transactions, City Ledger Transactions and Bills to Companies etc. • Preparing Commission of the Travel Agents. • Assisting the Coordinators of the Company in case of any queries or problem faced by them. • Coordinating with Banks in regard to Credit Card queries. • Settling of Credit Card to various Banks and accounting them. • Coordinating with Auditors at the time of Auditing. • Checking and booking day-to-day transactions of Receipts and Payments (Cash & Bank). • Taking Inventories of Stores, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food & Beverage Departments. Preparing Bank reconciliation Statement for every month. • Preparing Statements for the Purchase and Sale of Fixed Assets and booking the same. • Involved in the Assessment of Sales Tax, Service Tax Luxury Tax and Income Tax. • To some extent involved in Finalization in way of ledger scrutinizing and preparing statements of depreciation, provision of expenses, prepaid expenses, Form 16A and assisting in preparing of Trial Balance and Balance Sheet. • Preparing statements for income and expense budget of all the departments. • Also having knowledge of receiving & issuing part of the stores. • Preparing monthly statements of Foreign Exchange earnings and Credit Cards Earnings. • GSTR1,2B & 3b working. • Month wise profit and loss. • MIS Report month wise. • Monthly Basis GST, TDS & VAT working prepare. • Daily basis aging wise Debtors bills flow up.
