• To perform testing commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of air conditioning equipment system. • To ensure above jobs are carried out in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with instruction given. • Proper testing shall be carried out and relevant results shall be documented and submitted accordingly. • To take good care of Company instrumentation, tools and parts issued for jobs. •To ensure accuracy and timely submission of all service reports and time sheets. • Conducts routine communications with customers, service team and as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. • To ensure above jobs are carried out in a timely, accordance with instruction given by operation manager. • To make sure proper testing shall be carried out and relevant results shall be documented and submitted accordingly. • Ensuring safe working conditions during the maintenance, installation troubleshooting and testing commissioning activities from any accidents • To do assembly technical drawing given from manager project. • Lead all aspects of customer complaint of Hvac system problem. • To make sure a good care of Company vehicle (if applicable), instrumentation, tools and parts issued for jobs. • Able to perform with HVAC in offshore & onshore refrigeration handling, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and electrical activities • Conducts routine site communications with customers, service team and as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. • To ensure above jobs are carried out in a timely, accordance with instruction given engineer. • To make sure proper testing shall be carried out and report results shall be documented and submitted accordingly. • Ensuring safe working and equipment conditions during activities works site from any accidents • To check report, update Preventive maintenance, repair and testing given from technician. • Lead handling all aspects of customer complaint problem about mechanical and electrical system • To check and make sure technician handling job follow instruction given by company schedule.
