1- Phosphoric acid plant : I raced the plant load fom(60-140)ton/hr phosphate(raw material
intake) due to problem from surface water pump(poor pumping) by connection fixable hose
water from other sorcess in the third shift when no mechanical group their

2-Dedusting unit :released the high temp from high voltage motors(5 motors)
Adjust motor temp from (103-107)% temp TO (80)%temp
My manager enersted me to release this problem after mechanical ,electrical group failing

3-Fluosilisic acid tanks(removed): my manager tel me to disposing of three tanks of fluosilisic
acid and which comfort to the spiciefication and transfer to the vally with self-offerts and using
only that is available in the plant ,where I needed to standby pumps on the side ,fixable hose
,reduser to control the press(I safe on my company 30000 jD Jordan dinner)
4- Firefighting pumps room: I was assigned by the site manager to supply and operate the
firefighting pumps with full capasitty, also chick and repare the lines,hydrant,cannon,….etc
