Handymen - Working specialties
Experience:
Began working in the kitchen of Chili's Restaurant in Manama, Bahrain where I had undergone experience in all departments from August 2015 to October 2015. Then came back to Delhi, India (my home town) and worked as Commie Chef in Haowin Restaurant for 6 months from November 2016 to May 2017. Joined as a Commie Chef(Conti) in Vim & Toscana Catering in Kuwait where I had worked for a year from June 2017 to June 2018. From July 2018 to June 2019 I took break from service to enhance my English language skill and joined Ranjit Catering, Delhi, India from July 2019 and has been working since then.
Education:
Passed BA(Honours) in Culinary Arts from the University of Huddersfield, UK in the year 2015 (through Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.
Skills:
Have good knowledge in preparing continental dishes and Indian cuisine. While working in Bahrain I successfully qualified in Hygiene and cleanliness tests. I was also trained there how to make man-management.
Additionally:
I can speak, read and write fluent English. At home I speak in Hindi and Bengali. Also English.
