WORK EXPERIENCE: Bart’s Health Trust- Rotational Physiotherapist Band 5 (February 2022- Present) At the Bart’s Health Trust, I worked in both St Bartholomew's Hospital and Whipp’s Cross Hospital, allowing me to obtain significant roles amongst many heterogenous healthcare professions. Additionally, I demonstrated an enhanced capability of time management by undertaking my own wards and overwhelming patient numbers. I was able to appropriately report and delegate any complex issues to senior staff whilst effectively delegating lesser intensive situations to junior and assisting staff members. Also, I played a confident role amongst multi-disciplinary meetings which showcased my clinical independence and confidence to deliver pinnacle patient care. I had the role of managing multiple patient-based wards providing optimum services for each patient treated. I also worked collaboratively with senior colleagues to ensure that care was met to a high standard. Additionally, I was able to delegate and provide guidance for any junior staff and technicians all whilst facilitating paramount discharge decisions. To add, my administrative tasks enhanced further completing patient documentation, referrals and discharge summaries in an exemplary fashion. Additionally, I provided a great asset in allocating and constructing concise discharge plans with enhanced evidence based clinical reasoning to support my expertise.
