Key Roles and Responsibilities
Attend to all help support desk activities and inquiries.
Ensure that all support desk asset and activities are recorded and updated.
Ensure all help problems causing support resolution delays are documented and reported to ICT administrator.
Maintenance ICT help desk software and applications
Maintenance all ICT asset register.
General maintenance of computer laboratory
Document all request for acquisition of equipment as directed by ICT department
Ensure that all staff and students follow the rules and regulations in the laboratory
Carryout any other duty assigned by the school administration

Diploma in Informaion Technology
