I wish to introduce myself as a B.Sc., Graduate in the Physician Assistant Course from The Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai.
Herewith I am applying for a position as Physician / Clinical Assistant in your esteemed institution. Additionally:
1. My responsibilities included collecting a detailed history from new patients using a computerized template, receiving follow-up patients and summarizing the problems on the follow-up sheet.
2. I learnt how to prepare and print out medical reports for outpatients. I was also given the responsibility of collecting pending reports of patients, showing it to the consultant and typing and sending the doctor’s advice to patients.
3. I was involved in preparing and presenting the monthly report for the hospital monthly review meeting.
4. I entered all camp details in excel formats
