• Manages and Supervises subordinates and their activities to
measure performance based on standards, behavior, and
disciplines to respond to production requirements.
• Ensure process compliance through implementing Standard
Procedures and establishments of Work Standards and
Instructions.
• Conduct Process Auditing and identify process risk in
compliance with the requirement of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Ensure operators safety by evaluating the workplace and
Process Planning to achieve the delivery.
• Manages and conduct Process Improvement to improve
process efficiency.
• Process Yield Improvement through formulating corrective
actions for defect encountered on the process.
• Improve company cash flow by reducing process lead time
and expense reports and managements.
• Provide Machine and Tooling Maintenance Check List to
ensure that machine and tooling is maintained and check
prior to usage.
• Conduct trial and evaluation for new products
