well , I joined centum electronics limited in 2017 as a trainee technician, i got promoted to probation technician in 2018. In 2019 , i was promoted to technician after completion of 2 years training. I had left centum electronics limited in 2020 and joined Lsquare eco products limited as maintenance and safety executive in the begging of 2021 where i promoted to sr. maintenance and safety executive in 2022. Till today i am associated with Lsquare eco products private limited as assistant manager. my roles and responsibilities are to handle a team of two technician to provide maximum machine availability with least MTTR.
