In the IMTH Emergency Room, I honed critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills, delivering optimal care in high-pressure situations, reinforcing my commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient outcomes. I guided over 15 junior colleagues, improved triage processes, assessed 70+ patients per duty, and coordinated handovers for 30+ patients, resulting in a 10% increase in efficiency. During surgical training, I developed a deep understanding of surgery, emphasizing teamwork and communication, and achieved proficiency in procedures like appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and trauma surgery with a high healing rate. Studying MBBS has been an enriching journey, encompassing a strong foundation in basic sciences, clinical rotations across various specialties, and active involvement in medical research.
