I am highly skilled in nursing care plan and nursing process, nursing procedures such as administration of Intramuscular and intravenous injections, venipuncture, patient feeding, patient assessment, nutritional assessments, catheterization, drawing blood, urinalysis, changing dressings, removing sutures, IV infusions, physical examination, clinical investigations and using diagnostic reasoning, administration of prescribed medications paying attention to rights of medication, taking detailed medical history, listening and analyzing patients physical and emotional needs, monitoring vital signs and drawing blood for medical investigation purposes.
