Printing & Purchasing of office materials like ID cards, Visiting cards, Letter Heads, Envelopes, Stationery& Housekeeping Material etc. Roster for Support staff like –security, housekeeping, drivers & gardeners etc. Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all campus and public areas daily Lead, hire, and train housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies Document areas cleaned by attendants and report any issues such as damage or maintenance. Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality Keep contract files and use them as reference for the future Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers Pending Payments Spread Sheet making & take necessary action. Giving Training to House Keeping staff when require . Administrative support for Event Planning and Office get-togethers, parties etc. Administrative support to new joinee’s & Guest for accommodation, Transportation etc. Also assisting in general administrative work.
