We are seeking a responsible and experienced Babysitter to care for our children on a contract basis in Akron, OH. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing nurturing and safe care for our children while maintaining their daily routines. This is an English speaking job and we welcome all nationalities. The salary for this position is $1300 per month without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and responsible care for children in the absence of their parents
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, social, and cognitive development
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children at all times
- Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Follow established routines for naps, meals, and bedtime
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or Childcare Provider
- Excellent understanding of child development stages
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with children of all ages
- Valid CPR and first aid certifications preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
