Concierge


We are a luxury hotel located in Eldoret, seeking a skilled and personable Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel and local area
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other activities
- Arrange for special requests such as room upgrades or event tickets
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the area
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary:
$1100 per month

Location:
Eldoret, Kenya (Indian nationals preferred)

Visa Sponsorship:
Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.

This is a non-accommodation position.
