Architectural Technologist
Location: Shan, India


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Shan, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and architecture, as well as strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects, from initial concept to final construction. This will involve using computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and precise drawings, as well as conducting on-site visits to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly.

The successful candidate will have a degree in architectural technology or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. They should also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure design accuracy
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling

Requirements:
- Degree in architectural technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong technical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-citizens of India who meet the requirements for employment.
