We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Baker to join our team at a busy bakery in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Senior Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency in our products. Your role will involve creating and testing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training and supervising junior bakers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a creative approach to recipe development. You must also have excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of all baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
- Develop new recipes and test them for taste, appearance, and consistency.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise junior bakers on proper techniques and procedures.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards set by the bakery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report any issues to management.
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and pricing of products as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and tools.
- Ability to read recipes accurately and perform measurements with precision.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to train and supervise others effectively.
