- Ensure all finishing processes are completed within set deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate with other team members to improve finishing techniques and processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a finisher in woodworking or related field
- Strong knowledge of different types of finishes and how to apply them
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position.
