We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and setting up formwork for concrete structures according to specifications and plans. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and set up formwork for concrete structures, including walls, columns, beams, and slabs
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to determine the correct formwork requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to plans
- Cut and shape materials using hand tools or power tools
- Assemble wooden or metal frameworks or forms for pouring concrete
- Erect scaffolding or other temporary structures as needed
- Pour and spread concrete into forms using equipment such as wheelbarrows or buckets
- Smooth out concrete surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Remove forms once the concrete has cured

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to read construction plans and follow specifications accurately
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
