We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials, and using various welding techniques to join metal parts. You will also be required to maintain and repair equipment and structures as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Select appropriate materials and methods for each project
- Set up welding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Repair damaged parts by welding pieces together or filling holes with metal
- Conduct maintenance on equipment, such as replacing worn components or cleaning machinery
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Experience with different types of metals, including steel, aluminum, and copper
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy machinery and materials
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Valid work permit/visa for Kuwait (if applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
