We are in search of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Moscow. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include conducting routine inspections, performing repairs and installations, and troubleshooting issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform various repairs and installations such as plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, doors, windows, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems
- Perform general building maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, etc.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Skilled in various areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Attention to detail
- Valid work permit for Russia

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1400$ per month. This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the company.
