Project Manager - Biometric Passport Development
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a new biometric passport system in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to execution and implementation. You will work closely with a team of developers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all necessary requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates
- Communicate project status to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in software development
- Strong understanding of biometric technology and security protocols
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1 million USD
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Experience working with biometric passport systems
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Salary: $1200 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
