Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Herzliya. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budget management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of construction personnel.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Ensure all legal requirements are met regarding permits, zoning regulations, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus).
- Ability to lead a team effectively and make decisions under pressure.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Herzliya is a beautiful coastal city located just north of Tel Aviv in Israel. It offers a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of entertainment options such as restaurants, bars, beaches, shopping centers, etc. It also has excellent public transportation links to other cities in Israel.

Preference:
This position is open to all nationalities; however preference will be given to Indian candidates who have experience working in an English-speaking environment. Accommodation will not be provided for this position, so candidates must be able to secure their own housing.
