Plastering Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Plastering Specialist to join our team in Balzers. As a Plastering Specialist, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishes to interior and exterior walls and ceilings of residential and commercial buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month, along with free visa and ticket provided for foreign employees.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding as needed
- Mix and apply plaster, stucco, or other finishes using hand or power tools
- Create decorative textures or designs on walls and ceilings
- Repair cracks and holes in existing surfaces
- Follow safety procedures when working from heights or using scaffolding
- Communicate with clients to understand their desired finish and provide recommendations as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with an eye for precision when creating decorative finishes
- Good communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
