As a Moderator in our fast-paced and dynamic company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our online community. Your main responsibility will be to monitor user-generated content, enforce community guidelines, and address any inappropriate behavior or content. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platform
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action against any violations
- Respond to user inquiries and provide prompt and helpful customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to improve community engagement and overall user experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online community management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a moderator or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with social media platforms, online forums, or other online communities preferred
