Female Hotel Sales Manager



We are a luxury hotel located in the heart of La-Condamine, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Hotel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Female Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sales and marketing strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure long-term partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high standards
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluent in English (French language skills is an advantage)
