Cashier - Customer Service Representative



Our growing retail store in Lahore is seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier - Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently handling cash transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a part-time job, especially students.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries
- Accurately process all cash transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Scan and bag items efficiently while ensuring accuracy in pricing
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
- Provide product knowledge to customers when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills are essential
- Must have a valid biometric passport (preferred)
- Must be able to work without accommodation

Salary: 1300$ (negotiable based on experience)
