Merchandiser - Sofia, Bulgaria



We are hiring a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, while also monitoring inventory levels and analyzing market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop merchandising plans that align with overall business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Plan product displays and layouts that effectively showcase our products and increase customer engagement
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the purchasing team to ensure product availability
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for product placement
- Visit retail locations regularly to assess product displays, identify areas for improvement, and provide training to store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Participate in trade shows and other events to promote our brand and gather insights on industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail industry trends
- Proven ability to develop effective merchandising strategies based on market research and sales data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a team environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full time position.
