Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and highly-motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Mauren. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will assist with the design, planning, and construction of commercial buildings. This is a full-time position that offers competitive salary of 1300$, free visa and ticket, and opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Assist with budgeting and cost estimation for projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Highly creative with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required
