Facade Technician - US


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in the US. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. This includes working with materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create visually appealing and functional facades.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facade installation or maintenance
- Knowledge of different facade materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations related to facade work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged or malfunctioning facades using appropriate techniques and tools
- Maintain regular upkeep of existing facades by cleaning, painting, or applying protective coatings
- Inspect facades for potential issues or hazards and report findings to supervisors or clients
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, or contractors on facade projects
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols while working at heights or with heavy machinery
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in facade technology
