Facade Designer


We are a leading architectural firm in the United States seeking a talented and experienced Facade Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for building facades. Your designs will need to meet both aesthetic and technical requirements, while also adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Conduct research on building materials, techniques, and industry trends to inform design decisions
- Develop detailed design plans, including elevations, sections, and construction details
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 2D and 3D models of facade designs
- Present design concepts to clients for feedback and incorporate their input into final designs
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction phase to ensure proper installation of facade elements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design or a related role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards for facades
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
