Network and Systems Administrator


As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems in Monte-Carlo. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, servers, and devices. You will work closely with our IT team to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery processes are in place
- Install and maintain server operating systems such as Windows Server or Linux
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and other system accesses
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Stay updated with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements in the network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN technologies,
routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), VLANs etc.
- Experience with server virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of Active Directory domain services management
- Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam or Symantec Backup Exec
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech individuals

Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment
- Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/MCSA
- Experience with VoIP technologies
- Fluency in French or Italian

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation.

This position is located in Monte-Carlo, Monaco.
