We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and appliances for any issues or damages
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning equipment and appliances
- Install new fixtures, equipment, or appliances as needed
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi or Urdu (knowledge of English is a plus)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Ajman
