Sales Manager - Al-Malikiyah (Contract)


We are a growing company in the city of Al-Malikiyah and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to drive company sales and revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and vendors
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts
- Collaborate with other departments to develop effective marketing strategies
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Malikiyah.

Contract Term:
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
