We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team in Nairobi! As a Barista, you will be responsible for making and serving delicious coffee drinks to our customers. Your duties will include taking orders, preparing beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food and beverage industry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and prepare coffee drinks according to their preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all coffee equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Follow food safety procedures at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of different coffee types, preparation methods, and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Fluent English is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
