Sales Manager - Africa (City: Ajman)

As a Sales Manager for our company in Ajman, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the African market. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the African market, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and developing pricing strategies. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring your team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month, without accommodation but with visa sponsorship. As this role requires frequent travel within Africa, proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
