Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure high-quality craftsmanship in all construction projects. Your duties will include planning and organizing daily tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and training to the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with building codes.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a mason with proven leadership skills. A strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and tools is essential. Proficiency in reading blueprints and following specifications is also required.

This position requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. You must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and contractors.

As a Mason Supervisor, you will work primarily in Jizan but may occasionally need to travel within the region for projects. This position offers a salary of $1000 per month with opportunities for growth within the company. Preference will be given to Indian nationals with prior experience as a mason supervisor.
