Merchandiser - Lom, Togo


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Lom, Togo. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are effectively displayed and promoted in retail stores. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain attractive product displays in retail stores according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure proper stock levels
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies and promotions
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and identify opportunities for improvement
- Train store staff on product features and benefits to increase sales and brand awareness
- Analyze sales data to track product performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop relationships with store managers and staff to increase brand visibility and ensure effective merchandising practices

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles
- Must be willing to travel within the city of Lom
- Fluent in French (English proficiency is an asset)
