Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Store in St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team at a fashion retail store in St. Petersburg. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for analyzing sales trends, creating product displays, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to identify popular products and customer preferences
- Create visually appealing product displays to attract customers
- Collaborate with buyers to determine the best products to stock in the store
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged and priced
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure displays are maintained and merchandise is organized
- Train and supervise sales associates on proper merchandising techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:
- Egyptian or foreign national with a valid work visa for Russia preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards in-store
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent English language skills preferred

Salary: $1000 per month
