Architecture Manager for International Firm in Atlanta


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our international firm in Atlanta. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes leading a team of architects, engineers, and designers, as well as collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects including design, construction documents, bidding process, and construction administration
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed according to specifications
- Review project proposals and contracts to ensure feasibility and accuracy
- Monitor project progress and communicate any issues or changes to the appropriate parties
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, codes, and standards in order to provide innovative solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or Project Manager in a reputable firm
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Project management certification is a plus
