We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and assembling concrete molds and forms for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine form specifications
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Set up and secure formwork using various tools and equipment
- Pour and spread concrete into forms, smoothing surfaces using trowels or screeds
- Install reinforcements such as rebar or wire mesh
- Remove forms after concrete has set, ensuring proper curing time
- Repair or replace damaged forms as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English are required
