Heavy Equipment Operator

We are in need of a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Akron. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will be required to follow safety protocols and maintain the equipment in good working condition. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating the equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Operate the equipment according to project specifications and instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Ability to read and understand project specifications and instructions
- Basic knowledge of mechanical principles and operation of heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for heavy equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
