Entry-Level Baker


We are a well-established bakery in Akron, looking for an entry-level Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters accurately according to recipes
- Operate ovens and other baking equipment properly
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
- Decorate and finish products with toppings or fillings as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly
- Follow food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or culinary field preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in hot conditions

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Akron, Ohio (Preference for Indian nationals)
