Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Mauren! As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a temporary position that offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with people from all over the world.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Check for food allergies or dietary restrictions
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have valid visa sponsorship for foreigners
