Waiter/Waitress


We are in search of a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant located in Braga. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain clean and tidy tables and dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS systems is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
