Nurse Supervisor

Our healthcare facility in Manama is seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high quality patient care. You will also be responsible for managing the daily operations of the nursing department, including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining supplies.

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a nurse supervisor
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Proficient in medical record keeping software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure they are providing high quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficient operations within the nursing department
- Collaborate with physicians, administration, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff and provide mentorship or training when needed
- Handle any patient or family concerns or complaints regarding nursing care
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock at all times
- Prepare budgets for the nursing department and control expenses within allotted budgetary limits

Salary: $1100 per month (with accommodation provided)
Location: Manama, Bahrain (open to all nationalities)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
