Gardener in Nakuru, Kenya


We are currently hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our residential or commercial properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for gardening and landscaping to work in a beautiful location.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding
- Plant new trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants as needed
- Monitor plant health and identify any diseases or pests
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools
- Create and maintain landscape designs based on client preferences
- Ensure that all outdoor spaces are kept clean and well-maintained
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger landscaping projects
- Communicate with clients about their gardening needs and provide recommendations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different plant types and their care requirements
- Familiarity with gardening equipment and tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Nakuru, Kenya. While we welcome applications from all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Nakuru.
