Senior Architect - Lahore, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all project requirements are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their expectations.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for each project.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are implemented correctly.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
